TriggerDash Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Effective March 8, 2026

Neon Cherry Labs develops TriggerDash, a mobile app available on Android and iOS that enables users to configure and execute HTTP actions directly from their device, including Android widgets and Android Auto support on Android. App configurations, secrets, and action logs are stored locally on your device. HTTP requests go directly to endpoints you specify. We do not operate our own cloud backend for TriggerDash, but optional telemetry and store purchases may involve third-party providers as described below.

1. Summary

  • No accounts, logins, or identifiers collected by us
  • No company-operated cloud syncing or backend
  • No Neon Cherry Labs backend stores your app configurations or action content
  • Core app data stored locally on-device in app sandbox/secure storage
  • Direct peer-to-peer requests to your endpoints — no intermediaries
  • Crash diagnostics enabled via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability
  • Anonymous analytics optional (opt-in on first run, can be disabled later in app settings)

2. Data Processed

Only data you provide or generate:

  • Action configurations: labels, URLs, HTTP methods, headers, payloads, colors, timeouts, widget/Auto preferences
  • Secrets (e.g., API keys) for headers/payloads — treated as personal data if identifiable
  • Local execution logs: timestamps, success/failure state, HTTP status, duration, response size, and error codes/details — logging can be disabled per action
  • App settings: UI preferences, Android Auto layout preference, and analytics preference
  • Crash diagnostics and non-fatal error reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics
  • Anonymous usage analytics events sent to Firebase Analytics only if you opt in
  • Purchase records and transaction state processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play when you choose to buy Pro

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data. We do not profile users for advertising. Network requests you configure may still send standard request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) to your endpoints, and optional telemetry may send diagnostic/analytics data to Google/Firebase as described below.

3. Storage and Security

  • Configurations/logs/settings: app sandbox on-device
  • Secret values: platform secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore / secure storage APIs)
  • Secret metadata (such as secret name/key/type and timestamps): app-local storage on-device
  • Widget/Auto: minimal metadata synced locally on Android
  • HTTPS enforcement preferred; bypass option noted as risky

Reasonable safeguards implemented. Logs auto-delete on uninstall. We notify authorities/users of eligible breaches per applicable laws. Cannot prevent misuse on compromised/rooted devices.

Crash diagnostics are processed using Firebase Crashlytics for app stability (for example: crash stack traces, device/app version metadata, and non-fatal error reports). We do not use Crashlytics data to identify you.

Anonymous usage analytics are processed using Firebase Analytics only if enabled by you (first-run prompt and in-app setting). Analytics can be turned off at any time in Configuration.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

No action payload data is shared with our servers. Requests go directly to your endpoints; recipients get your data per their policies.

For diagnostics/telemetry: Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for crash and non-fatal diagnostics; Firebase Analytics (Google) for anonymized usage events only when you opt in.

For optional purchases: processed directly via Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. We may receive purchase state information needed to unlock or restore Pro on your device, but we do not receive your payment card details.

No data sales or ad sharing.

5. Your Rights

View/delete data via app tools. For formal requests email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Rights include access, correction, deletion, objection. Global coverage: GDPR, CCPA, and equivalents.

6. Retention and Deletion

Data kept until you delete it. Full removal via uninstall clears app-local data, subject to any separate retention by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Firebase for purchases or telemetry processed through their services.

7. Children's Privacy

Not directed to children under 13. No knowing collection from children.

8. International Transfers

Your configurations may send data worldwide based on your endpoint choices. We do not run our own data-transfer backend for TriggerDash, but telemetry and purchase providers may process data in other countries under their own infrastructure.

9. Policy Changes

Updates are posted with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice in the app or on our website.

10. App Misuse and Legal Responsibility

We do not operate, control, monitor, or review the systems you connect to.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Actions/automations you configure
  • Endpoints/services you target
  • Content/headers/payloads you send
  • Compliance with laws and third-party terms

Prohibited uses: Unauthorized access, bypassing authentication, disrupting services, transmitting malware, violating laws.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Cherry Labs is not liable for losses from your configurations or endpoint interactions.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us against claims from your misuse.

11. Driving and Android Auto Safety

Never use in a way that distracts from safe driving. Only when legal/safe under local laws. Prefer hands-free methods. No liability for accidents, injuries, or violations from vehicle use.

12. Device Permissions

No camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos access. Standard network/storage permissions only.
